F1 team boss ‘blackmailed’ as two appear in court over ‘demanding money’

Two individuals blamed for requesting cash from a top Recipe 1 group leader have showed up in court. Ryan Hilton, 42, and Sarah Surita, 31, showed up at East Berkshire Judges’ Court on Tuesday, Walk 26. They just addressed affirm their names, dates of birth and addresses to the court.

They are blamed for extorting a chief at an undefined F1 group. Court archives show the allegation connects with an “outlandish interest of cash” made back in November 2014, reports The Sun.

Hilton, from Maidenhead in Berkshire, is accused of two counts of misrepresentation by misleading portrayal and one count of following unafraid, alert or misery. Surita, from Quagmire, is accused of extortion by bogus portrayal.

Neither of the charged entered a supplication and were delivered on contingent bail. They have been requested not to contact the supposed casualty.

Hilton and Surita deny shakedown and conveying intimidations, and the court was informed that they question the precision of the supposed casualty’s grievance to the police. They will next show up at Perusing Crown Court on Tuesday, April 30, at 10am.
