The entire NBA world watched yesterday’s potential NBA Finals matchup between the Denver Nuggets and Boston Celtics, but unfortunately for Jayson Tatum, it wasn’t one of his best performances .
Tatum had a pedestrian 15 points, 8 assists and 4 rebounds against the Nuggets on February 13th.
Jaylen Brown carried most of the offensive load for the Celtics, scoring 41 points and 14 rebounds on 29:16 shooting.
After the game, NBA legend Charles Barkley gave Tatum a very hard shot during the Inside game .
NBA.”You can’t call yourself the best player in the league if they don’t show up,” Barkley said. “You can have an off night, but when you say, ‘I’m the best player in the world,’ you have to prove it.”Just two weeks ago, Jayson Tatum declared himself the best player in the NBA. . . Most nights, he seems completely in control, too.
If Thursday night was anything to go by, Nikola Jokic is on another level. Nikola Jokic’s bad game is much less common than almost anyone else in the NBA.
Also, Jokic’s best performances are much better than anyone else’s, especially when the lights are at their brightest.
The Denver Nuggets have a 2-0 series against the Boston Celtics this season, and these two teams do not go to meet again unless it happens in the NBA Finals..
