On Tuesday night, Jaylen Brown, the star forward of Boston Celtics scored 31 points and led his team to a ninth win in a row at TD Garden as they defeated Philadelphia 76ers by 117-99.
In addition to the team’s star forward Jayson Tatum scoring 29 points, 15 of which were in the final quarter, Celtics head coach Joe Mazzulla reflected on the game’s importance post-victory.
He noted that winning through a new strategy provided insight into how teams may attempt to defend them and therefore gave them another area for practice.
Overall, Mazzulla was impressed with his players’ performance: “Our guys did an exceptional job.”
On the latest “Garden Report” podcast episode, Bobby Manning and Josue Pavon from CLNS Media deliberated whether Boston’s recent win was their greatest of the season due to the team’s minimal 3-point shots taken.
