United States Olympic gymnast Simone Biles posted a picture of herself with her husband Jonathan Owens on Instagram, with a three-word message for America and Team USA. Biles is preparing for her third Olympic games in Paris, France, this summer, competing with one of the most experienced gymnastics teams the U.S. has ever produced. “Land of dreams,” said Biles via Instagram. Biles was pictured in “Team USA” pajamas with Owens while the couple had a photoshoot. Owens also posted the pictures with the caption, “No, we ain’t perfect, but we damn close.” Both athletes included the USA’s red, white, and blue in their captions, showing major respect to America. Owens and Biles reportedly met in 2020 on a dating app and eventually got married in 2023. The 28-year-old Owens currently plays safety for the Chicago Bears, heading into his fourth NFL season in 2024. They’ve both shown high praise for one another as professional athletes. Owens will have a chance to witness Biles’ expertise this summer as the Bears granted him time off to watch his wife at the Olympics.
