Just In:Steelers’ Justin Fields Ready to Unleash Another Element.

The Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback has a secret weapon that hasn’t been revealed yet.

PITTSBURGH — The Pittsburgh Steelers are down 3-0 behind Justin Fields and are building an offense. Fields has completed 55 of 75 passes for two touchdowns, one score and only one interception, showing his growth as a passer.

But this is just the beginning. Fields seems to be growing as a launch quarter and seems to be in the right direction to calm many skepticismers this season.

He has always exploded one of the most exciting parts of the game, which means that he is waiting for his appropriate opportunity in his rear pocket. So far this season, Fields has just 90 rushing yards and a touchdown.

Last season, he rushed for 657 yards. The year before he had 1,143 yards and eight touchdowns, and he knows he’ll have to put his legs to work for the Steelers at some point. “I need to put a little foot. I know, but I’m just going.

But, you know, I really want to get the ball to our playmakers downfield and create opportunities for them,” Fields said.

Pittsburgh’s offense is designed to help its playmakers get the most out of their plays. He’ll also rely heavily on the running game of Najee Harris, Jalen Warren and Cordarrelle Patterson, but at some point they’ll unleash their secret weapon: the athleticism of Fields.

“I love his professionalism, his consistent approach to the job. He has a well-rounded attitude that lends itself to leadership,” head coach Mike Tomlin said of Fields before the season.

“And, honestly, I was amazed by his athleticism. “Obviously, I’ve watched the video, but watching him up close every day, you know what a special athlete he is. He can do so much.”

That athleticism showed up on key third downs and moments when Fields got the most out of the game.

He’ll continue to thrive with such a mobile quarterback on the field, but at some point, Fields will start running and the Steelers will unleash a whole new element on offense.
