Offaly native Shane Lowry has gone an incredible 359 holes without a three-putt on the PGA tour.
Shane Lowry, known for his exceptional short-game, has the statistics to back it up. The Offaly man has achieved an impressive streak of 359 holes without a three-putt on the PGA tour.
This equates to an astounding 19 consecutive rounds without a three-putt. If he avoids a three-putt in his next competitive hole on tour, he will have completed the equivalent of 20 rounds without a three-putt.
espite these extraordinary stats, they shouldn’t shock fans as Lowry has been performing well this Summer.
Earlier this year, the Co Offaly native teamed up with Rory McIlroy to win at the Zurich Classic on the PGA Tour and consistently posted excellent scores as he qualified for the end-of-season Tour Championship at East Lake for the first time.
