The gold medalist was hurt after the conclusion of the Summer Games, but is working her way back.Simone Biles took some bumps and bruises at the Paris Olympics, sporting a walking boot at the closing ceremony after her record-setting gold medal run.The 27-year-old won’t be held down, however, and is working her way back into action and delivering a one-word message on her progress.Biles suffered an injury scare early in the Paris Olympics, hurting her leg during a warmup routine on July 28 and having her calf briefly wrapped. It wasn’t enough to sideline the gymnast, who helped lead Team USA to a gold medal in the team competition and earned two more individual gold medals and a silver.The pains appeared to catch up with Biles later as she wore a walking boot again when watching husband Jonathan Owens and his Chicago Bears in a preseason game on August 17.Biles appears fully back on track now as she prepares for the Gold Across America tour to kick off this fall. Biles took to her Instagram stories to show off her high-flying workouts back at her home gym in Houston.The gymnast also delivered a one-word message on her post-Olympics return to the gym.
