Aruku Richard Monkom, a graduate of Fidei Polytechnic Gboko, has commenced a trekking excercise from Obudu to visit the senator representing Northern Cross River in the red chambers “Sen. Agom Jarigbe”.
The excercise which kicked started today during the early morning session from The Federal college of Education Obudu, had in attendance, many spectators who came to witness the historic event
Speaking with Press men, Mr Aruku revealed that his admiration for the personality of Sen. Jarigbe was the foundation upon which he was taking the adventure.
According to him, “Mr Jarigbe has provided enviable and admirable Leadership for the people of his constituency, and has proven to be a man to reckon with”.
His developmental strides in the field on capacity development are among the reasons we the Youth admire and love him, he concluded.
As at the time of filling this report, he was already at the boundary between Obudu and Tsar village of Vandeikya, Benue state.
